Bathooms by Warrens.
We do that too - except this is and has been our specialty for as long as we can remember.
Bathrooms are an often overlooked room in the house, after all, it is often a space that we tend to neglect even knowing its where we spend a good amount of our time. (It’s okay to admit that - why not make it enjoyable?)
Each bathroom has a different purpose and function within the home. Does your bathroom serve its current purpose? Are the fixtures and appliances within it a little dated or in need of some touch ups?
Use some of our previous projects as inspiration. When thinking of the bathroom you’re looking at renovating, understand that the function of the bathroom is the first priority. Is it a guest room half-bathroom that needs to impress - or is it the room you’ll spend each morning getting ready?
What can I expect from a fully renovated bathroom?
Let’s go crazy for a minute. Imagine you had an infinite budget for this dream bathroom - what sort of features could one expect?
Demolition and Framing
Let’s bring this space down to its bones - remodeling the floor plan to accommodate better space usage and allow for a better flow of the space we are given.
Shower and Bath
Custom shower and bath pieces can be an essential in any luxurious bathroom. Modern bathrooms utilize glass to separate the shower space from the rest of the bathroom, while freestanding tubs have been a popular choice as of late, adding a bit of modern glamour for what’s meant to be a space of relaxation.
Vanity
Counter space is one of the features that can make a bathroom pop. Double sinks in the master bath or a modern slim free standing vanity in a half-bath can turn any bathroom from zero to hero. Counter top choices can make or break any space - from your kitchen to the bathroom.
Tiling, Paint, and Flooring
What are some colour combinations that inspire you? Do you want your space to feel warm and inviting, somewhere you can feel relaxed after a long day? These options are important to consider when deciding the direction you want your bathrooms to take.
Fixtures
Fixtures in the bathroom are one of the first pieces that customers think of - such as your faucets, shower valves, handheld sprayers, or even the towel rack. With so many options in bathroom fixtures, let us help you narrow down what fits into your dream bathroom.
Add-ons
What if you stepped onto a nice warm tile, powered by an in-floor heating system you never had to touch? What about a whisper-quiet bath fan that keeps the moisture out? Warm towels? Instant hot water? We’re full of ideas. Let us help those ideas transform your dream into a reality.

Oftentimes the price of a bathroom can increase or decrease based on the fixtures you choose - the more luxurious the finishes you decide upon, the more the price increases. We are no stranger to cost effectiveness, however! We will always work with the client to determine a fair price and schedule of payment should that be necessary. Ask us about how we can make that happen!
-
Dependent on the bathroom renovation to be undertaken, smaller bathrooms can generally take only a few short weeks, while larger bathrooms with more details (such as in-floor heat, custom fixtures, custom cabinetry etc.) can take upon a longer process past a month. If there is a schedule to be followed, we can always work with the customer to meet deadlines. (Need your bathroom finished before Christmas? Just ask!)
